Leave a messageThe Conventional Hemp Seed and the certified organic Hemp Seed are both grown in Canada without the use of pesticides and/or herbicides, both are Non-GMO (genetically modified organism) and are Gluten-Free. However, conventionally grown hemp seed does use fertilizer at the beginning of the growing cycle. Although these seeds are not sprayed with pesticides, and are free of herbicides, harsh chemicals, preservatives, etc they have been grown with organic practices.
These Hemp Seeds are referred to as "conventional" as they have not gone through an "Organic Certification"
